Exercise is a must if we are working on being healthy, I'm writing this in the middle of August, tomorrow is a bank holiday here in Italy and around this time of year the swimming pool is closed, gym too, yoga stopped for the summer at the end of June.
I was in the pool up until the end of July, I had joined a gym at the beginning of the month so with the pool closed I had somewhere to blow off steam. I don't like running plus it was too hot anyway to get the running shoes on, I did the odd walk but the weather was really over the top.
Now the gym has closed too and I'm finding it rather difficult to get motivated but motivated I must get! Even in the garage is better than nothing. I think one of the most difficult things when the weather's hot is getting motivated, how do you get motivated?
