I'm not a lover of long lists of rules and regs as I believe that if just one rule is in place all the rest are followed, i.e. RESPECT.
Respect for all.
No one has all the answers and no one knows how another person's life is, the experiences they have had etc.
Please be careful with the words you use often the written word can be misunderstood as words on a page don't carry intonation or facial expressions.
